Cell C Values Launch Activation 2018


In 2018, CELL C updated their corporate identity and launched a new set of values.  What better way to introduce these values to the staff than to create an unforgettable experience.

We partnered with OrangeBlock to produce an exciting sensory journey, starting with an interactive and inclusive graffiti wall where every employee took ownership of one of the values and pledged to live that value by painting it onto the wall. Once completed, the artwork was hung in the reception area at the Cell C Head Office.  We had view finders for staff to “look back in time” with a Cell C history reel.  A beautiful and calming sound journey, as well as an interactive chill zone with coffee, gourmet popcorn and a digital photo booth.

Employees also enjoyed delicious food, launch presentations and a craft beer experience during this all-day event.


To launch the values while also creating buy-in through experience.


Roadshow to all Cell C branches across South Africa with a graffiti artist to create a unique art piece which each employee was involved in creating and which reminds employees of their commitments as it hangs in their receptions.
